99 word story dare starting with the sentence: “I found a quiver of arrows in the forest”
I found a quiver of arrows in the
forest. Strange. Who do they belong to? I thought. Who plays bows and arrows
these days? I decided to investigate as I was curious, so I wandered through
the forest where there were more strange items: a red cloak, breadcrumbs, a red
apple and a shoe”
I thought thus was getting
strange by the second, it felt like I was in fairy land. To cure my curiosity I
continue on walking till I abruptly reached the end of the trail, shocked, all
the fairy-tale characters were tied up together looking terrified.
